Wilding Pointe was the second custom home community developed by Fry Properties, Inc. in Plainfield. Located between Route 30 and Van Dyke Road on 135th Street, this project consists of 301 home sites that average 11,500 square feet. The distinctive community gazebo that graces the 8-acre lake as well as a meandering bike path and walking trail set the theme for this relaxed country-style location. Walker's Grove, our first residential project in Plainfield, is located just 1/4 mile west of this site.

The size and style of each new home creates a visual diversity of custom homes priced from the mid $400's during the final phase of construction. Home designs ranging from two-story traditional to soft contemporary ranches line the winding streets and five private cul-de-sacs. Many of these homes have views of the park areas, 14.5-acre school and park site, or the 8-acre lake. A select few homes border these desirable community amenities.

Architectural Guidelines
Single family homes in Wilding Pointe range in size from 1,700 square feet to over 3,300 square feet with a two-car garage minimum. A variety of tasteful siding and roofing materials are allowed. Fry Properties maintains architectural approval to insure the integrity of subdivision. The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions is provided to each new homeowner through Fry Properties, Inc. or our builder partners.
